Brackenbury Nursery

The Nursery is situated in a separate self-contained building with its own play area.

Our Nursery  provides up to 26 places, some of these are mornings only (15 hours) and the others are full time places (30 hours).  If you are eligible for a 30 hour government funded place, please submit your code alongside your Nursery application.   You can check to see if you are eligible by looking at the government website.

30 Hours Free Childcare Website If you are not eligible for the 30 hours placement but would like to send your child to Nursery full time, please speak to the school office regarding paid top up places.

Children start Nursery the term after their 3rd birthday. Application forms for Nursery places are available from the school office.

Admission criteria is:

  • children who have a priority need
  • siblings
  • distance

The decision as to whether your child will be admitted to the nursery is taken by the school and there is no right of appeal if your child is unsuccessful in getting a nursery place.
